This Page will provide insight in to our Policies and Standards as an Emergency Response: Liberty County private Community.
Moderation Statement
Wisconsin State Roleplay operates on an Anti-Bias, Anti-Racist, and Anti-Discriminatory Policy. We do not condone or encourage behaviors that may make others feel uncomfortable and not welcome. We built a Community that is safe for all Players, no matter Ethnicity, Gender, or Beliefs.
Moderation Policy
Moderation actions are conducted at the Staff Members discretion. By joining our Discord and In-game Community, you agree to abide by our Regulations. Failure to abide by these Regulations will result in Moderation action against you.
How evidence is handled: Evidence from direct Messages, whether a Group Chat or direct to another User, will not be taken into consideration when making a Report, unless:
The Evidence was collected while the User was actively employed in the Community as a Staff Member.
The Evidence is not taken out of Context, and the User was unprovoked.
The Evidence is solid; providing fake or misleading Evidence will result in a ban from Wisconsin State Roleplay and it's affiliated Servers.
Online dating is not permitted, whether you are a Community Member, or a Member of our Staff Team.
Staff Members must be at least 13 Years old at the date of applying. Staff Members that are found to be under 13 will be swiftly removed from our Team.
The only time Evidence from direct Messages will be taken into consideration (even if the User is not a Staff Member) is if the User is advertising another Community.
Refund Policy
Wisconsin State Roleplay does not provide Refunds. By purchasing something from our Discord or Roblox Store you agree to the following Conditions:
Refunds will not be provided.
Leaving the Community will result in a removal of the Role you purchased.
Community Management may remove any Perks whenever they believe you are misusing them.

It is impossible to fully eliminate everyday biases and Discrimination, however we work as quick as possible to remove it from our Community after it has been pointed out.
Wisconsin State Roleplay is committed to maintaining an Environment that is free from Biases, Racism, and Discrimination. Our Community is built to foster a safe and inclusive Atmosphere for all Players, regardless of their ethnicity, gender, or beliefs. Our Staff Members have the discretion to take appropriate Moderation Actions against any User who violates our Regulations. By joining our Discord and In-game Community, you consent to adhere to our Regulations. Failure to comply with our Regulations will result in appropriate Moderation action. Regarding Evidence, we do not consider any Evidence collected from direct Messages unless it satisfies specific Criteria. The Evidence must have been collected while the User was a Staff Member, not taken out of Context, and the User must have been unprovoked. Providing fake or misleading Evidence will result in an immediate ban from Wisconsin State Roleplay and its affiliated Servers. We strictly prohibit online Dating, regardless of whether you are a Community Member or a Staff Team Member. We require our Staff Team Members to be at least 13 years old at the time of applying. If we discover that a Staff Member is under 13, we will remove them from the Team immediately. Wisconsin State Roleplay does not provide refunds for any purchases made on our Discord or Roblox store. By making a purchase, you agree to the Terms and Conditions that refunds will not be provided, leaving the Community will result in a removal of the Role you purchased, and Management may remove any Perks whenever they believe you are misusing them. It is important to note that "our" refers to Wisconsin State Roleplay and its affiliated Servers and the Wisconsin State Roleplay Staff Team. We acknowledge that it is impossible to eliminate everyday Biases and Discrimination completely, but we do our best to remove them from our Community as soon as possible.
